Symmetry and the Lagrangian formulation, II
Gauge symmetry-generators and guage affine identities in the equation of motion are investigated. It is shown that each guage symmetry-generator of an action leads to a gauge affine identity in the equation of motion; and each gauge affine identity in the equation of motion leads to a guage symmetry-generator of the action.
